Stepping aside from foam and rubber conversion, Kirkfield can also manufacture and produce hot melt tapes on site. Hot melt tapes provide a superior initial grab which is useful when an immediate bond is required, hot melt also offers a high shear value and is extremely flexible upon application.
We have a wide range of products varying in strengths, temperature range, thicknesses and widths. Our main adhesive products include tissue tapes, polyester tapes, scrim and diamond scrim, toffee tapes, transfer tapes, perm/peels and many more.
All tapes can be slit to size, laminated to other materials or simply supplied as a master roll. Widths vary from 3mm up to 1040mm wide.
